Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day refund/returns policy on all products. To return your product for a refund, please call us or email us at sales@amacron.com.au so that we can arrange this for you.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your order conformation email or copy invoice as proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund less delivery costs and collection costs will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
